Donal's Camino
Had a lovely walk today through beautiful scenery. When we arrived in Lauzert, one of the most beautiful villages in France, we met Markus and Christine again. We had a picnic lunch of bread cheese and pate and it tasted scrumptious. When we went to the Gite to check me in as Denise is leaving me today as we will be walking different distances we met Evelene and Marceline again and spent time with them sight seeing in this lovely village. We then said our good byes to Denise and I will miss her as a very good friend. I will have dinner later with Evelene and Marceline.

Whgile I was walking around a lovely square there was a class of primary schoolchildren there with their teacher and he pointed me out to them and I heard him say that I was a Pelleren- which is a Pilgrim. I went over to them and explained that I was from Ireland and that I was a retired teacher and why I was doing the Pilgrimage and he explained it to the children.
