REACHING SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA

I'm writing this, within sound of the bells of Santiago Cathedral one week after I completed the ,1000 miles of my Camino walk to Santiago for Research and Treatment of Cancer in St James's Hospital Dublin where my wife Doreen was a patient of Dr John Kennedy. I was also walking in solidarity with all Cancer sufferers. I continued for another 54 miles to Finnistera which I completed on Wednesd
I return home on Tuesday 9 th. October at around 5.00 o'clock at Naas Cemetery to place the pilgrim scallop shell which I carried on my pilgrimage, on my wife Doreen's grave. I will then walk the last symbolic mile from there to Naas Town Hall. I invite everyone who wishes to join me on this last mile of my 1000.
