Did a 2 kilometre walk on Tuesday and by mistake wore my very comfortable Clarkes Active Air shoes and heel was very tender when I had finished. Now this got me thinking that these shoes could be he cause of my heel problem so I have binned them. Will chat to the Physio tomorrow about this.
Will I get any walking on the Camino this year?
Before that Im off to Ballyvaughan in Co Clare this weekend and Ill drop in to Leabasheeda to stay with a friend and maybe do a little bit of fishing on on the way home to Naas
